| The founder/owner of Canaan Title Insurance Agency, she has more than twenty years of experience as a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Paralegal, having performed all tasks related to commercial and residential closings. Including but not limited to reviewing title searches, surveys, and inspection reports. She is expert in examining, preparing and issuing title insurance commitments and policies. She has also produced all documents incident to closing. She is also the REALTOR/BROKER/GRI of Change of Address Realty. | |

| Our File Manager has earned two (2) Bachelor of Science degrees in File Maintenance and File Management. His work experience includes file management in a hospital setting and a 50 attorney law firm. Kenny is also bilingual, being fluent in Vietnamese. We are very blessed to have Kenny onboard with us. He is also one of our realtors at Change of Address Realty. | |
